Are
you
an
“ E
person”
or
an
“ I
person”?
These
two
personality
labels
(个性标签)
are
widely
discussed
online.
They
are
part
of
a
popular
personality
test
called
the
Myers-Briggs
Type
Indicator,
or
MBTI.
There
are
16
results
in
total
of
the
test.
Usually,
an
“I
person”
is
quiet,
while
an
“E
person”
is
outgoing.
But
an
“ I
person”
can
still
act
outgoing
sometimes.
For
example,
when
an
“I
person”
is
with
a
group
of
“E”
friends,
they
might
want
to
change
and
become
more
social
like
an
“E
person”.
According
to
psychologists
(心理学家),
this
idea
of
personality
changing
is
called
“masking”
(伪
装).
That
is
hiding
your
true
personality
in
certain
situations.
“Humans
want
to
be
welcomed,
and
they
might
change
their
personalities
within
a
short
time,”
wrote
the
Master
Class
website.
Using
the
MBTI
result
to
describe
someones
personality
seems
fun.
However,
I
realized
I
was
deeply
affected
by
the
result
once.
My
sister
was
excitedly
making
a
travel
plan.
But
I
remembered
from
an
article
that
a
“P
person”
doesnt
like
to
make
or
follow
plans.
So
I
said
to
her,
“You
dont
seem
like
a
‘P
person’. ”
“Why?”
she
asked
back.
“Because
the
personality
test
tells
a
‘P
person’
doesnt
like
to
make
plans!”
At
that
moment,
I
realized
Id
taken
the
result
too
seriously.
The
MBTI
personality
test
may
show
something
you
dont
know
about
yourself.
And
it
can
even
be
a
fun
way
to
start
a
conversation
when
meeting
new
friends.
And
thats
all
for
fun.
Knowing
someones
MBTI
result
doesnt
mean
you
really
know
this
person.
And
those
results
of
yours
dont
define
(定义)
who
you
are.

exploring
(探索)
with
a
trusted
adult.
1.
◆Act
like
a
tourist.
Many
times,
when
you
live
in
a
place,
you
never
really
explore
some
of
the
most
exciting
parts
that
a
visitor
might.
Start
by
asking
yourself
this
question:
2.
Maybe
you
can
visit
a
historic
building,
a
nice
park,
or
a
new
ice
cream
store.
◆Consider
local
attractions
(景点).
First,
do
some
research
online
and
talk
to
an
adult
about
where
to
go.
3.
A
local
museum
or
zoo
might
have
a
new
exhibit.
You
might
also
head
to
a
national
park
for
a
hike.
◆4.
With
an
adults
guide,
look
up
walking
tours
for
a
whole
new
way
to
explore
your
city.
Some
cities
offer
walking
tours
focused
on
a
theme,
like
food
or
local
parks.
You
can
also
search
for
free
self-guided
walking
tours
in
your
area.
◆Take
a
photography
(摄影)
walk.
5.
Pick
a
theme
for
your
photos,
like
special
dishes,
local
waterways,
or
lovely
birds.
And
at
the
end
of
the
day,
you
can
look
back
on
all
your
explorations.
A.
Find
out
a
guided
tour.
B.
Here
is
how
to
get
started.
C.
Go
bike
riding
in
a
local
park.
D.
Then
try
to
think
about
which
is
the
best
place
to
explore.
E.
If
I
have
never
been
to
the
town
before,
when
is
the
best
time
to
explore?
F.
If
my
friends
came
to
town
for
the
first
time,
where
would
I
advise
them
to
go?
G.
Another
way
to
see
where
you
live
with
fresh
eyes
is
to
go
exploring
with
your
camera.

Ⅲ. Getting
Close
to
Nature
I
still
remember
my
last
school
trip
to
a
local
strawberry
farm,
which
provided
me
with
an
opportunity
to
have
fun
by
getting
close
to
nature.
On
May
21,
we
had
a
guided
tour
to
the
farm
with
ex-
citement.
After
learning
how
strawberries
grow,
our
guide
led
us
to
the
fields.
The
minute
we
saw
the
lovely
strawber-
ries,
we
got
extremely
thrilled.
The
sweet
smell
also
tempted
us
to
have
a
bite.
Each
of
us
couldnt
help
picking
ripe
fruits
and
tasting
them.
Then,
we
made
jams
with
the
freshly
picked
ones
under
the
guidance.
What
a
meaningful
experience
I
had!
Lets
walk
out
and
have
fun
in
nature.

in
My

The
most
beautiful
person
in
my
heart
is
my
math
teach-
er
who
is
patient
and
knowledgeable.
I
have
learned
a
lot
from
him.
When
I
was
in
Grade
7,
I
found
math
was
not
as
easy
as
it
used
to
be.
After
learning
about
it,
my
math
teacher
helped
me
find
out
the
problems
I
couldnt
understand.
He
taught
me
so
patiently
that
I
could
solve
math
problems
little

little
on
my
own.
He
even
gave
me
chances
to
help
oth-
ers
with
math
problems,
which
made
me
more
confident.
It
is
my
math

who
bring
out

in
me.
I
just
want
to
be
a
math
teacher
like
him
in
the
future.

Volunteering
Is
Great
Volunteering
has
become
a
special
part
of
my
life.
Once,
I
volunteered
at
a
local
community
center,
help-
ing
organize
a
fun
day
for
the
children.
I
played
games
with
the
children,
talked
with
them
and
listened
to
their
stories.
One
little
girl
even
shared
with
me
how
much
she
loved
draw-
ing
and
dreamed
of
becoming
an
artist.
The
childrens
happy
faces
and
laughter
filled
me
with
joy.
I
realized
that
I
could
bring
happiness
to
others
through
my
small
actions.
This
volunteer
activity
not
only
teaches
me
the

of
community
service,
but
also
helps
me
develop
skills
like
teamwork

Ⅲ. Communication
Is
Important
Its
important
to
learn
to
communicate
well
with
oth-
ers.
I
think
the
most
useful
skill
to
communicate
better
is
to
respect
others.
Last
year,
I
went
travelling
with
my
good
friend.
When
I
made
the
plan,
he
disagreed.
We
argued
about
it
because
I
thought
he
should
follow
my
advice.
Later,
I
thought
about
it
and
realized
that
his
advice
was
actually
pretty
good.
I
said
sorry
to
him
and
then
we
had
a
good
time.
In
my
opinion,
everyone
should
learn
how
to
get
on
well
with
others.
We
should
learn
to
listen
to
and
understand
others.
Whats
more,
we
should
respect
others.
