Step Four　连句成篇 Recently, a survey about online shopping has been conducted on the Internet. The results are as follows. Chart 1 shows the reasons why people choose to shop online. Of all the people surveyed, 37% think that there is a wide variety of products in online shops. About one third of them say that the reasonable price is the most appealing factor for them. And 30% of them hold that online shopping is so convenient that consumers can buy what they want anywhere at any time. However, many consumers also express their concerns about online shopping. Among all the concerns in Chart 2，the quality of the products, which accounts for as much as 55%，attracts my attention. 27% of the consumers are worried about the service while 18% have a concern about safety.
