Lin Tao is very energetic. He jogs every day. He said that jogging in the morning makes him feel awake and ready for a new day. Also, he plays badminton twice a week, often with his classmates after school. Badminton helps him move quickly and have fun with friends.
Li Ming likes playing basketball. He plays it three times a week, usually on the school playground during breaks. When he plays basketball, he jumps, runs, and throws the ball. It's a great sport for him to grow taller and stronger.
