第五课时 Pronunciation

教学重点
1.让学生了解英语中的连读现象,掌握常见的连读规则。
2.帮助学生通过练习,能够正确地连读单词,提高英语口语的流畅性和自然度。
教学难点
培养学生在日常口语表达中养成连读的习惯,克服母语发音习惯的影响。
◇教学过程◇
Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet the students.
2.Sing a simple English song with clear linking sounds.
3.Ask students to follow along and feel the rhythm and the pronunciation of the linked words in the song.
Step 2 Presentation
1.Explain the four different ways of linking sounds together.
2.Write some words and phrases on the blackboard and ask students to practise reading the sounds aloud according to the rules.
Step 3 Practice
1.Work on A
(1)Ask students to listen carefully to the words and phrases and practise saying these words and phrases correctly.
(2)Then check the answers together and ask students to read aloud.
2.Work on B
(1)Play the recording of the poem My Neighbour for the students first,asking them to listen carefully.
(2)Ask students to read the poem line by line,paying attention to the linking words.
(3)Ask students to discuss in pairs which words are linked together in the poem and how they are linked.Then share their ideas with the class.
◇教学反思◇
在这节语音课上,学生对连读规则有了初步的认识,但在实际发音中,部分学生仍难以准确掌握。在今后的教学中,应增加更多的口语练习活动,让学生在反复练习中熟练掌握连读技巧。
