A large shopping centre and a supermarket are just a ten minute drive away. The house is only ten years old and the kitchens and bathrooms were updated just last year. It is a two story house and all bedrooms are on the second floor. Large Windows provide great natural light in the living and dining room. There is a one car garage and a large backyard. There is no extra cost for pets and the neighborhood is very pet friendly with a nearby park ideal for walking dogs. Rent is 2000 dollars a month and water, gas and electricity are all included in the price. The house is unfurnished, but the owner can provide some furniture for an additional price per month. Rent may be less for those planning to rent for over a year.
