However, it is concerning that as many as 60% students exercise for less than 20 minutes. Even more regrettable is that 6% do not participate in any form of physical activity. There are at least two good reasons accounting for the result. In one hand，the heavy academic workload is undoubtedly a significant factor contributing to this issue.
