I’m writing to share with you an impressive PE class we had last Wednesday.
In the morning we arrived at school. Due to the bad weather, our PE class was relocated indoors, where the teacher taught us Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese martial art. The teacher began by providing an overview of the history and fundamental principles of Tai Chi, followed by the demonstration of its movements, one posture at a time. Despite the initial chaos and confusion, I gradually discovered its essence and significance. In the end, all of us not only gained a deeper insight into traditional Chinese culture, but also learnt to find harmony between my body and mind through practices.
What a wonderful time we had! It was a very meaningful activity and not only can I have some new discoveries but also I experience the joy of labor and enrich my knowledge.
