Then, put some medicine on it. For more serious pain, especially in the head, neck, back, or limbs, don’t move them casually. Wait for medical professionals after immobilizing the injured area if possible. First, go to the hospital. Then, get an X-ray. At last, rest for a few days. 3 have a nosebleed Stay calm, as anxiety can increase blood pressure and exacerbate the bleeding. Have them sit upright with head slightly forward, not leaning back, to prevent blood from flowing down the throat. First, put your head back.
