There are so many of them an it seems impossible to work out the meanings just from the words. And some of the verbs have different meanings. For example, "put off" can mean postpone, discourage (someone from doing something), and make someone dislike (something). I try to use phrasal verbs sometimes, but I usually use the wrong one! My classmates had some suggestions for me. One is to use flash cards on which I write down the phrasal verb and a sentence with it.In this way, I can study them when I have time. Another suggestion is to use the phrasal verb in a sentence that is true for me so that it's easier to remember. I'm trying them now. I hope they will work for me. First of all, I find our texts full of new words that are quite difficult for me to remember. Besides, the texts are too long for me to recite. What’s more, grammar is also a big challenge for me to learn. Faced with so many difficulties, I have to ask you to do me a favor. It would be a good idea to introduce to us some good ways to learn new words so that we can learn them by heart more easily. In the meanwhile, I beg you to expain the text much more slowly, which can make the average students follow you smoothly. In addition, could you recommend some rules and good ways to learn grammar? I’m sure that I can make great progress in my English study with your help. Yours, Li Hua Homework Polish your writing. $$
