First, let’s look at the title of the unit together. It says Improving yourself. So what does improving yourself mean? It means 提升自己,改善自己。 So I have a question for you. In what aspect do you think you can improve yourself? You may think about it for 30 seconds. Maybe you have different thoughts. Here I have some answers that you may agree with. Some people may want to work on their learning efficiency, like how to study more efficiently and effectively. Some may think physical quality, like how to be stronger and healthier. Some may want to improve their social skills, to make more friends and to enlarge their social circle. Some may wanna learn how to manage their time better.
