For me, a healthy lifestyle is all about a healthy diet, enough exercise and good sleep. For breakfast, I usually have an egg and a baozi. They can give me enough energy. I have a big meal for lunch. Usually I eat some vegetables and meat. I also have some soup and rice at lunch. I like to have some fruit for dinner. I do sport for one hour almost every day. I like playing badminton after school. Sport is good for my health. I sleep for less than 7 hours most nights, sometimes I stay up late so I always feel tired in the daytime. I hope to go to bed early and stay fit with a healthy lifestyle.
