Do you know Quan Hongchan? She is a famous diver (跳水运动员) in China and in the world. She comes first in the women’s 10-metre platform diving (女子十米跳台跳水) in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the 2024 Paris Olympics at the age of 14 and 17.
Quan Hongchan is from a poor family in a countryside in Zhanjiang, Guangdong. Her parents are fruit farmers and have five children. They can’t make much money. Quan is a hard-working girl.
