null Learn to Read With LOLA. TITOU AND WOUFI PRACTICE SPORTS Lola, Titou and Wou fi are ready for the school sports day. Today, there is no satchel, but a sports bag! They have put on some shorts and a T-shirt. Woufi is wearing his lucky scarf, because he really wants to win! The first event takes place in the school sports hall decorated with balloons and garlands. The children start by throwing the ball through a hoop. The gym teacher starts the stopwatch. The children jump over the hurdles like frogs. Lola crawls underneath the last hurdle like a snake. Using a rope, they climb over the sandpit, like monkeys. Suddenly, Lola gets angry with Woufi: "Stop digging holes in the sand!" Woufi has found a large marble and a pencil. The team has lost time and only won a point. Now the children must play leapfrog. Lola jumps like an authentic gazelle. She is thirsty and takes a bottle of water.Woufi gives her a towel. It's Titou's turn: "I'm a kangaroo," he laughs out loud. "Come on, Woufi!" cries Lola into the teacher's microphone. The dog jumps so high that you would think he had wings and was flying like a bird. "Be careful, you're going to touch the clouds!" laughs the teacher."You deserve five points!" "And now for an easier event: ducks fishing!" says Lola. At the blow of the whistle, he sets off like a rocket. His team will certainly win the cup! But whois drawing Woufi into the middle of the flowers and butterflies? It's the beautiful Cannelle, who is wearing her lovely collar! Woufi picks a flower and gives it to her, kneeling down like a knight. He doesn't even cross the finish line. Lost again! "Can Cannelle help us to pull the rope?" asks the captain of the other team. "She looks as strong as a lion or a bear! The teacher waves her flag to start the contest. The opponents pull with all their strength. The gym teacher passes by them with a plate full of little cakes and biscuits to congratulate the winners. Cannelle and Woufi let go of the rope and follow him with their mouths watering. All the children fall on the ground and burst out laughing. It's a draw! The teacher writes the scores on a large board with a piece of chalk. She adds up the totals and then gives the medals out to the winners. What a disaster: Titou, Lola and Woufi have come last! Lola is sad. She takes a handkerchief to dry her tears. "Here is the cup for the nicest team," announces the gym teacher into the microphone. "Well done, Lola, Titou and Woufi, funnier than a clown!" Woufi jumps onto the podium like an acrobat and dances for joy with his friends. "We had great fun!" says Lola, eating a chocolate flavoured ice cream. "We always have fun with Woufi and Cannelle," replies Titou biting into a slice of lemon cake. Woufi and Cannelle share a giant bone.
