教学目标
1.通过图片、歌曲、游戏、实践活动等,学习十二个月份的读音、拼写和缩写,掌握一些学习策略,并在情境中进行简短而真实的交流。(学习理解)
2.通过唱一唱、想一想、猜一猜、做一做等活动,学生能熟练运用句型(The) ... is in ... or ...表述节日和月份,在实践活动中正确运用。(应用实践)
3.在月份和节日的学习中,学生能深化对中华传统节日的理解与认识,加强认同感,弘扬中国文化,增强民族责任感,让中国文化走向世界。(迁移创新)
教学重难点
教学重点:
1.正确掌握月份的读音、拼写和缩写并在具体的情境中进行真实的交流。
2.在实践活动中,学生能熟练运用句型(The) ... is in ... or ...表述节日所在的月份。
3.借助绘本,引导学生认同中国传统节日,涵养文化自信,弘扬中国文化,让中国文化走向世界。
教学难点:
学生能正确掌握月份的读音、拼写和缩写,在与教师的互动中,能正确表述节日所在的月份并联系生活实际进行迁移运用。

Step 1 Warm-up (学习理解)

Step 2 Presentation (学习理解,应用实践)

T:What other Chinese festivals do you know?

T:This time, let’s try to know more about the rest of them, OK?

T: We have learnt all months of the year. Can you read them again?
T: Do you know the stories of the twelve months?I bring two stories. Read them, please.
T: And I want you to find out more about the twelve months. That will help you remember them.

(设计意图:拓展清明节和元宵节两个中国的传统节日,引出月份的学习。通过故事渗透一些有关于12个月份单词的来历,引起学生对单词词源和历史文化部分的好奇,同时教给学生记忆单词的第一个学习策略——故事记忆法。)

(设计意图:通过歌曲The months of the year,在韵律下熟记十二个月份的读音。在词汇学习中,学生在教师指导下用歌谣记忆法发展学习能力。)

T: But there are so many words to remember. How to remember the spelling ?
T:Look,Why do I put them in different groups like?Because some of them have the same letters. We can remember like this.——3.分类记忆法。
T:And, we can remember them according to the pronunciation. For example, September, like, Sep-tem-ber. So, can you spell November?No-vem-ber ——4.音节记忆法。

T: About the months,sometimes, we can shorten the words. For example, January is shorten as Jan. And December is shorten as Dec. Can you find the rules?
T:What about the rest of them? Can you say them out?
T: Now open your books and check if you are right. Find two special ones, circle them on your book.
