Culture Understanding
Corporate culture is the values and beliefs that a company develops over time. The purpose of corporate culture is to improve a company's mission and strategies and to influence employee behavior, honesty and compliance(服从). Generally, corporate culture comes from a company's top management.
A company's corporate culture can go beyond the walls of the business. When customers consider a company to be honest, they are more likely to choose its products over its competitors'. Employees in a company's customer service department can also present positive corporate culture to their customers. In this case, the culture creates a link between the company's employees and its customers. How customers react is often a direct result of the company's corporate culture.
A company's corporate culture can also affect the quality of its products. Companies that prioritize profits may decide to use low-quality materials in their products and try to suggest that the products are of higher quality than they really are. This negative culture can result in lower brand loyalty (忠诚度)among customers.
