Unit 1 Where did you go on vacation? Grammar Focus
一 、教学目标:
知识与能力:
1.学生能够正确拼读如下单词: something, anything, everyone, someone, no one,
anywhere, everything, diary, myself, yourself
2.学生能够熟练运用如下短语:not... anything= nothing; not...any=no
3.学生能够熟练运用一般过去时态;
4.学生能够熟练运用复合不定代词。
过程与方法过程与方法: 小组合作学习、探究学习
情感态度与价值观:
他们能够愉悦地谈论过去假期的事情,从而培养他们用英语交际的能力。
二、学情分析
学生们对一般过去时态已经相当的熟悉, 因为上个学期最后两个单元 ( Unit11.How was your school trip?; Unit12. What did you do last weekend?)都是围绕一般过去时态展开的;
三、重点难点:
1.正确运用本课新的短语: not... anything= nothing; not...any=no;
2.熟练运用一般过去时态;
3.正确使用复合不定代词。
四、教学过程:
活动 1.【导入】Leading-in
Ask them some questions about their last summer vacation:
1. Where did you go on vacation?
2. What did you do?
(设计意图: 以上这些句子都是在 Section A 部分中反复出现的,他们是对 Section A前两课时内容的复习,同时,这些句子又在 Grammar Focus 中再次出现,用他们做导入话题可谓承上启下)
活动 2. Prevision
从概念-标志词两个方面入手复习一般过去时态;
Exercise1. I was late yesterday.(否定句,一般疑问句,肯定回答,否定回答)
Exercise 2. He did his homework last weekend.(否定句,一般疑问句,肯定回答,否定回答)
(设计意图:将理论知识与具体实践相结合;所挑选的两道题虽然都是一般过去时
态,但侧重点不同。第一道题侧重有 be 动词的情况,而第二道题侧重实意动词的情
况,经过这两题,学生们对什么时候借 did,什么时候不借 did 有了明确的认识。)
活动 3. Presentation
1. 让同学们根据表格说出不定代词。
2. Grammar Focus. All the boys read the sentences on the left and all the girls read the sentences on the right. 找出句子中的复合不定代词,进一步巩固。
3. Work in groups to have a quick discussion and fill in the blanks.
观察一: Is anybody home?

Boys PK with girls. There are 6 questions behind them. Different questions have
different points . If you choose the question and then answer the question correctly,
you will get the points behind it. The winner will get a prize (cut some of the
homework).
(设计意图:本游戏环节中出现的 6 个问题均为本课时重点内容,它们选择的过程
其实就是练习巩固的过程;有关于一般过去时态用法的,有关于复合不定代词的,
也有呈现新知中的新短语的,通过游戏的形式,他们可以再次轻松愉快地巩固重难
点)
