Help students to learn about the steps to make a kind of traditional food. Step 3 How to write a recipe Lead students to find out how many parts the recipe has and what they are about. Ask students to think about how to give steps to make food. Try to analyze the structure of the recipe. Try to summarize how to describe the steps to make food. Enable students to know how to write a recipe. Step 4 Make traditional Chinese food Encourage students to make their favorite traditional Chinese food and write a recipe. Ask students to read the checklist. Work in groups and make a kind of traditional Chinese food and write a recipe within 35 minutes. Pay attention to the checklist.
