Thinking quality: Students will be able to improve their thinking ability by making different exclamatory sentences.Students will pay more attention to use exclamatory sentences to convey feelings. Learning ability: Improve students’ ability to analyse what the video is about. Students will be able to make new exclamatory sentences in their daily life. Teaching aids: PPT, pictures, video. Teaching difficulties: Understand how to change declarative sentences to exclamatory sentences. How to make exclamatory sentences in real life. Teaching Procedures: Lead in: Introduction about teaching content. The teacher plays a video about the key teaching content of this class to arouse students’ interest. The teacher will directly tell students “What are they going to learn? ”. Using pictures to set scenes they have learned in order to activate their schema towards exclamatory sentences. Presentation: Introduction about exclamatory sentences. Teachers give students definition about exclamatory sentences and give them some examples. Let them think about this question: How to change declarative sentences into exclamatory sentences and explain it to students. Step1: Show them a short video to arouse their interest towards exclamatory sentence , explain the definition and give some examples about them. Step2: Show them the launch of Shenzhou 17 spaceships.
