(2)What other festivals do you celebrate with your family each year and how? (3)Why do you think people celebrate festivals? 2．教师引导学生阅读Activity 2文本的标题，思考问题“What is the text about?”。 活动二 1．教师引导学生阅读教材策略框中的指导“Identify the main idea of a paragraph”，学习“寻找段落主题句”的阅读策略。 2．学生速读教材Activity 2的文本，找出各段落的主题句。 Possible answers: Paragraph 1:Festivals are celebrated all around the world.
