例文
Hi, Grace
I’ve learned about your problems. I’d like to give you some advice.
Your first problem is that you are crazy about watching short videos. It’s normal for people to relax by watching them. But it’s not good to be crazy about it. Why not set your screen time limits for yourself? And you’d better take part in more outdoor activities.
The second problem is that you always stay up. If you stay up to finish your homework, I think you should do your homework as soon as you get home. If you stay up to play games, I advise that you should read before bedtime. Reading can make you relaxed and help you sleep better.
I hope my advice would be helpful to you.
Yours,
Li Hua
