Wendy studies at a middle school near her home. She takes good care of herself in every way.
She walks to school and eats the healthy food in the canteen. She enjoys chicken and fish, and vegetables and fruit are also her favourites. Junk food like chips or candies is rarely her choice.
Wendy likes sports. She goes swimming once a week and often cycles to the country park with her friends at weekends. “Cycling is a good exercise,” Wendy always says. “I feel free like a bird when I’m cycling.”
Wendy studies very hard, but she rarely goes to bed at midnight. “I’m not a night owl.” She tries to get eight hours of sleep every night because she believes getting enough sleep keeps her active during the day.
Eating healthy food, doing sports, and having a good sleep not only give Wendy a healthy life but also make her a happy girl.
