教学目标
1. Ss will be able to grasp the meaning of new words and main idea of the dialogue through the context.
2. Ss will be able to use the sentence “Don’t…”to describe the rules in daily life.
3. Ss will be able to listen and imitate the sound and intonation of the letter “l”,“r” and the dialogue.
4. Ss could realize the importance of rules and protect animals.
教学重难点
教学重点:Ss should grasp the key words and expressions through the dialogue.
教学难点:Ss could feel it hard to read the phrase of “throw stones”.
教学过程
I. Warming-up
Teacher introduces two boys of the sound part, leading Ss to listen to the
rhyme and find out the sound of letter “l” and “r”.
T:Guys, who are they?
Ss: Luke and Ron.
T: Yes, what’s the beginning letter of Luke? What does it sound?
Ss: /l/, /l/, /l/.
I. Lead-in
Teacher asks the question of the sound part, creating the context that Luke
and Ron meet Kitty and Joe, and so on.
T: Guys, why are they happy? What do they see?
Ss: pig, cow, horse…
T: Yes, they can see farm animals.
II. Pre-listening
1. Predict. Teacher shows some pictures without sentence, leading Ss to
guess the main idea of the dialogue.
T: Guys, let’s look at these pictures and try to answer questions.
Ss: OK.
2. Look and check.
Teacher plays the video of the dialogue and help Ss check answers.
III. While-listening
1. Listen and tick. Teacher plays the radio of the dialogue, leading Ss to
match the implication according to it.
2. Learn the rules. Ss try to find out the common of these rules.
3. Listen and answer questions. Ss listen to the radio and answer questions.
4. Listen and imitate. Teacher plays the radio again, leading Ss to experience the intonation and stress of the dialogue.
IV. Post-listening
1. Role-play. Ss are divided into groups to act the dialogue.
2. Think and discuss. What can’t we do at the zoo?
