Module 2 Unit 3 Writing 1． 教学内容： 本节课是基于M2 Education话题下的过程写作课（段落仿写）。是对第二模块的深入理解，整合和应用。通过对M2 Unit 2课文和 Unit 3内容的分析和整合，帮助学生挖掘U2课文文本信息，分析文章框架和写作内容，提炼文本语言，最后学生根据范例独立完成文章的段落仿写。 二．学情分析： 初三下学期的学生已经具备了一定的语言基础和词汇量，同时也掌握了一些写的技巧和方法并且具有独立思考问题和解决问题的能力。因此，笔者设计了写前、写中、写后以及小组讨论等多样的教学活动，精心设计了在学生完成写作学习之后充满挑战性的展示学习成果的活动---结合学生的实际生活对学校生活进行仿写，从而达到用语言做事情的能力。 三、教学目标： 1. 知识目标： （1）复习本模块与话题相关的词汇、句式。如：have exams in every subject, both during and after school hours; Before class, our teacher checks which pupils are present or absent. Each lesson lasts for an hour. Once a term, there is a parents’ meeting, so our parents and teachers can talk about our progress. （2）复习本模块与话题相关的语法—代词和介词的表意功能。如：We have a break from 11:05 am until 11:05 am, then another lesson, and then lunch for an hour. 2. 技能目标： 说：学生能够正确使用代词和介词表达学校生活的喜爱和感受。 写：能够模仿范例，深入思考，小组合作，最后独立完成自己的段落仿写。 3. 情感目标：能够在学校生活中的一些小事上体会到快乐和幸福，有所得有所悟。提高深入思考和分析的能力以及与人合作的能力。 4. 学习策略目标：能够从语言素材中总结框架并挑选出表示动作，连接，表达情感态度的词语等应用到自己的写作中。（如： love, start school; also, however; above all, like best等） 四、教学资源：PPT（电子白板），教材，handout 五． 教学过程 ： 【情境设计】 I．Warming-up (4 min) 【操作方式】look at the photos and say what you can see 【设计意图】：激活本文话题，为写作提供引子。图片是本学校的日常生活图片，很快拉近学生的距离，使学生有话可说。目的是导入话题----学校生活，引导学生在短时间内投入课堂教学活动，迅速进入思维活动状态。将学生置于一个真实的语言环境当中，共同探讨学校生活的相关事宜，完成学生从已知到未知的过渡。同时提醒学生在表达自己的时候语言要有逻辑性，为之后的写作训练埋下伏笔。 【设计出处及来源】照片来源于学生的学校日常生活及unit1 的对话整合前的热身 II. Pre-writing (16 min) 1. 复习课文中Unit 1 的部分内容。整合课文对话： Pupils in England do not sit in rows in the classroom. They sit around the table, Everyone wears a jacket and tie. Most schools have sports ground, and English children enjoy playing football, just as pupils in China do. Some English schools have swimming pool, but not all of them do. 并让学生结合本模块的短语进行段落仿写练习。 【设计意图】：通过段落仿写训练，学生能够清晰，有逻辑地表达自己。同时复习了本模块的短语。为之后的段落仿写打基础。 【设计出处及来源】：教材p11--5 2.复习Unit 2的第三段。学生齐读之后分析文章的优点。找出段落中的动词并分析段落的写作的结构。 T: Do you like this paragraph? Is it good? Ss: Yes. T: Can you tell me why do you think it is good? Ss: The writer used different verbs… 设计意图：在仿句练习结束后，给学生提出更高的要求---段落仿写。教师引导学生分析文章，找出优点，帮助学生理清写作思路和方法。为下一步的文章分析做准备。 3.复习Unit 2的第五段。学生齐读之后分析文章的优点。找出文章中的连接词或短语，形容词和能表达作者情感态度的词语。之后小组讨论，发散思维，找出更多的可以连接句子的词或短语以及表达感受的语言。 T：How do you think of this paragraph? Is it better? Ss: Good. T: Why is it good? Which part is better? 【设计意图】：指导学生在一个较长的段落中要应用连词连接，使文章更清晰。要用一些形容词来描写，使文章更生动。要用一些形容词，副词，动词或名词来表达自己的观点和感受，使文章更加深刻。同时要把事实（所做的事）和感受/观点相结合，使文章更加生动，饱满，完整。 【设计出处及来源】：来源于教材P12 Unit2课文的第三段落和第五段落 III. While-writing (15 min) 看一段大连湾中学的宣传片。向学生询问他们在大连湾中学的成长经历和见闻感受。之后根据下面提示完成写作。 一个英国代表团即将来你校参观。假如你是负责接待英国客人的学生，请你根据以下要求，选择一个你最熟悉的内容，向他们简要介绍一下你们的学校生活。 内容提示：（1）What do you like best about school? (2 ) How do you feel about it? 要求：(1)中心突出，语意连贯，层次清晰，书写规范； (2)文中不得出现真实的姓名和校名； (3)词数80词左右。 【设计出处及来源】：这是2015年大连市甘井子区一模作文题目 【设计意图】：学生通过看视频短片，增加他们对大连湾中学的深层了解，激发他们的写作兴趣。 IV. Generally speaking, I really have a happy life at the school with friendly teachers, warm-hearted classmates, various after-class activities…… 【作品点评】写作思路清晰，结构合理，中心突出，语言表达也比较流畅地道，但是作者没有开篇点题，同时划横线处的句子与文章主题一点关系也没有，可以删去。但文章接下来的几段，写的非常漂亮，从日常学校生活作息时间，课程，活动等方面阐述了作者的校园幸福时光，尤其最后一段格式本文的点睛之笔，给全文画上了一个圆满的句号。 学生习作二 My school life Welcome to our school! I’m Lucy. Let me introduce my school life to you. As a middle school student, my life is busy and interesting. There is so much fun in my daily life. I usually go to school at 6:00 by car, but sometimes I also go there by bus. I have five lessons in the morning and five classes in the afternoon. Our lunchtime is from 11:40 am to 12:00 am. We have many different kinds of after-school activities, such as football clubs, school plays, dancing class……But we also take part in social activities, such as cleaning the city park..And above all, I love doing all kinds of activities during and out of school. How wonderful my school life is! It’s full of fun. Although it’s tiring, I think the harder I work, the greater progress I’ll make. 【作品点评】本篇作文表达生动流畅，富有生活气息，可读性强。开篇即点题，语言简单但紧扣主题。中段表达饱满充实，围绕着学校的作息时间和课程设置及课外活动展开描述，层层递进。语言朴实简单，但饱含深情，结尾段与首段前后呼应。但划线句与中段有重复现象，应该删除，或者改成：I enjoy my school life very much.效果会更好。 学生习作三 My school life Welcome to my school. I’m a student in this school, my name is Tom. Now, let me tell you something about my school, and I’m sure you will like my school. Our school is called No.7 Middle School, it’s about twenty minutes away from my home by bike. I have been here since I was 11. Although I will graduate this June, I will never forget the school life here. We go to school every weekday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Before class, our teacher checks which pupils are present or absent. We have 10 lessons each day, and each lesson last for 40 minutes. We have 40 –minute break for lunch at noon. We have many subjects, such as English, math, history, PE and so on. It’s unlucky we have exams in every subject. During the school year, there are usually visits to museums and Dalian Forest Zoo. There are many activities, such as sports clubs and language societies. They are my favorite part of school life. My school life is colorful, and I love my school forever. Subjects, sports clubs, teachers….above all, my friends! 【作品点评】本文层次清晰，思维严谨，中心突出，开篇点题没有累赘感。作文的第二段和第三段过渡十分自然，而且能够运用书上框架进行迁移，并且恰到好处，作文让人感觉如行云流水，十分地道。从而可以看出作者的语言功底很扎实，领悟 能力也十分到位，大量的形容词和动词描写出作者对本校生活的热爱之情。最后一段更是完美。 学生习作四 My school life Welcome to our school. My name is Zhang Ming and I’m a pupil at No.2 Middle School in Shanghai, about 10 minutes away from my home by bus. I have been at this school for two years. I go to school every weekday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. At 8:00, the bell rings and lesson starts. Each lesson lasts for 40 minutes. During the break, especially at noon, I do lots of sports for fun. But most of the time, we stay in the classroom, having classes, doing endless homework and taking exams in different subjects. Every term, there is a parents’ meeting, so my parents can talk with my teachers. It sounds a bit tiring and boring, doesn’t it? However, I always enjoy learning things here. 【作品点评】从内容上看，这篇文章基本上写出了内容要点，但缺少What do you like best about school？环节，内容有所缺失;从语言上看，表达还算比较准确。开头的Welcome to our school. 运用的较好，表达出即将对自己学校的介绍意愿;从结构上看，段落层次比较清晰。能够较好进行句子间的衔接，如：However等.总之，整体较为完整，属于三档文的末端和四档文的顶端之间。 学生习作五 My school life Welcome to our school! I’m glad to hear that you’ll visit my school. My name is Betty, and I’m a pupil of No.1 Middle School. I have been at this school since I was 13. I go to school every weekday from 6:10 am to 5:00 pm. Before class, we run for ten minutes, then we go into the main hall. After our teacher checks which pupils are present or absent. At 7:40 am, the bell rings and lesson start. Each lesson lasts for 40 minutes, with 10 minutes’ break. Then we have lunch at 11:40 am. In the afternoon, we have five more lessons before school finishes. This term I have many subjects, such as Chinese, math, English, physics and so on. I work hard at every subject, I believe I can get good marks at the end of this term. My school life is so fantastic that I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. I’m looking forward to your coming. 【作品点评】作者能够按照题目要求较好的完成写作任务，运用了较为丰富的词汇，和连词，但是句式过于简单。作者虽然没有直接点题，但是语言自然过渡，丝毫没有生硬之感。中间段落从学校的日常生活和课程进行了阐述，但绝少有意义的各项活动，从而无法真正的体现出fantastic的感觉，如果能够进行补充，那会更加完美。 【教学反思】 1. 将现代教育技术---ppt同英语课堂教学整合，提高了教学的时效性。 在这节写作课中，笔者采用了反复模仿和体会语段中的写作思路、语言框架，了解关于未来学校生活的写作特色，使学生的说和写更加准确而流利。在学生写作成果展示的过程中，教师真正体验到了孩子的模仿能力的提高以及他们自己对写作内涵的独特理解。 2. 创设可以激活学生思维的真实情境，充分感知、操练和运用语言。 在整个的课堂设计中，所有的活动都是在真实有效的情境之中展开的。通过写前、写中、写后，将本模块所学的知识进行综合的运用。由于学生对本单元的话题和语境非常熟悉，所以在活动的设计中加大了思维的训练，而学生们在这样的训练中确实开拓了视野，充分发挥了自己的想象，并能根据实际情况写出具有真情实感的好文章。 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $$
