Over 2000 students and teachers from two high schools in Guyuan, Ningxia spent 16 hours walking to pay their respects (尊重) to the martyrs (烈士).
The teachers and students started their trip at 5:00 am on April 3rd, 2024. They walked 27 km and got to the Renshanhe Martyrs’ Cemetery (陵园). “It was still dark, and it was a little difficult to walk along the mountain roads,” said one of the students. “But no one gave up.
