时态6-过去进行时 初中英语语法课件 英 英 语 语 堂 堂 课 课 ENGLISH LESSON 过去进行时用于描述在过去某个特定时间或事件发生时正在进行的动作或状态。 过去进行时描述在过去某个特定时间或事件发生时正在进行的动作或状态。 发生在过去 正在进行 或持续到将来 过去时间 现在 1. 过去进行时是发生在过去的一个时间段里。 2. 动作一定是正在进行着的。 常与过去进行时连用的时间状语 this morning(早上)； the whole morning（整个早上） all day yesterday（昨天一整天）； last evening（昨晚） when（当……的时候）； while（正在…） this time yesterday（昨天这个时候）； at that time（在那时） last Saturday（上周六）；from nine to ten（从早上9点到10点） 过去进行时的时间标志 过去进行时的构成 肯定句：主语 + was/were + 动词的现在分词 + 其他成分。 I was reading a book at eight o'clock last night. 昨晚八点我正在读书。 She was singing a song at that time. 在那时她正在唱歌。 They were playing football when it started to rain. 开始下雨的时候他们正在踢足球。 过去进行时的构成 否定句：主语 + was/were + not + 动词的现在分词 + 其他成分。 They weren’t watching TV at nine o'clock yesterday. 昨天九点时他们没在看电视。 He wasn’t doing his homework while she was cooking. 她做饭的时候他没在做作业。 I wasn’t reading a book at eight o'clock last night. 昨晚八点我没在读书。 过去进行时的构成 一般疑问句：Was/Were + 主语 + 动词的现在分词 + 其他成分？ Were you listening to music at that time? 在那时你正在听音乐吗? I was reading a book at that time. 我那个时候在读书。 Where were you when the accident happened? 事故发生时你在哪里? I was at home at the moment. 我那时候在家呆着呢。 Last Sunday, all my family were at home. My father was washing his car outside our house. My mother was doing the housework. She was trying to clean the whole house at the weekend. My grandmother was watching TV in the sofa. She was taking a walk leisurely by the lake when she heard we shouted her. What were you doing at nine last night? 过去进行时的用法 (1)表示在过去某一时刻正在进行的动作。 昨晚10点我在看足球赛。 Mary was flying a kite at 9:00 last morning. 过去 at 9:00 现在 将来 ‌At this moment yesterday, I was packing for camp.‌ 昨天这个时候，我正在收拾东西去露营‌。 ‌I was reading a book at eight o'clock last night.‌ 昨晚八点我正在读书‌。 ‌She was singing a song at that time.‌ 在那时她正在唱歌‌。 ‌They were playing football when it started to rain.‌ 开始下雨的时候他们正在踢足球。 过去进行时的用法 (2)表示在过去某一段时间内一直在进行的动作。 昨晚我一直在看电视。 ‌I was watching TV at home last night.‌ 过去 last night today 现在 将来 I was tidying my sitting room the whole morning. 整个早上我都在收拾、清理起居室。 They were expecting you yesterday, but you didn't turn up. 他们昨天一直在等你，可你没来。 ‌I was watching TV at home last night.‌ 昨晚我一直在看电视。 （3）与现在进行时相似，过去进行时也可以表示满意、称赞、惊讶、厌恶等感情色彩，通常与always, forever, continually等副词连用。 They were always quarreling. 他们总是吵架。(表示责备) She’s always helping people. 她总是帮助别人。(表赞扬) The boy is constantly lying. 这孩子老是说谎。(表厌恶) (4)表示一个动作发生时，另外一个动作正在进行。此时常与 when， while, as引导的时间状语连用。 While mother was cooking lunch, I was doing my homework. 当我妈妈做午饭时，我正在做作业。 While I was reading, Jane was watching TV. 我在读书时，简在看电视。 Peter came in while /as I was watching TV. 我看电视的时候彼得走了进来。 tips 在复合句中，如果主要动作和背景动作都是延续的或同时发生的，那么主从句的动词都可用过去进行时。 ‌While he was waiting for the bus, he was reading a newspaper.‌ 他边等车边看报。 ‌He was cleaning his car while I was cooking.‌ 他擦车时我在做饭。 这种用法强调了两个动作的同时进行或延续状态，使句子更生动具体‌ 一般过去时 过去进行时 区 别 区别1 一般过去时表示到现在为止动作已经完成，而过去进行时表示到现在为止动作在持续或未完成。 He read a novel last night.‌ 我昨晚读了一本小说。（已经读完了）‌ He was reading a novel last night.‌ 昨晚我在看小说（可能没看完）‌ 区别2 一般过去时表示只做一次动作，而过去进行时却表示动作反复地进行。 He went to Beijing the other day.‌ 他前几天去了北京。 （这里表示他只去了一次北京‌） ‌He was asking questions all the time.‌ 他始终在提问题。 （这里表示他反复地在提问题，动作是持续的‌） ） 区别3 句中有a moment ago之类的笼统的时间短语一般用一般过去时。 句中有at this time last Sunday, from 8 to 9 yesterday 之类的具体的时间状语一般用过去进行时。 ‌He was here a moment ago and now he's gone.‌ 他刚才还在这里，现在却不见了。 I was writing a letter at ten last night. 昨晚十点那个时候我在写信。 感官动词：hear,see,notice,feel,taste…… 01 心理状态：feel,want,prefer…… 02 态度感情的动词： like,love,hate…… 03 表占有：own,have,…… 04 不用于进行时的动词小结 存在状态和持续：look,owe,be…… 05 practice 1．One day, when they ____ dinner in a pizza restaurant, they had an idea from the pizza box.
