Unit 4 I have a pen pal 【单元教材分析】 【单元学习内容】 本单元主要学习有关业余爱好的英语表达和一般现在时的简单用法，主要句型是:What are your hobbies? I like …. What are his / her hobbies? He / She likes …. Does he live in …? Yes, he does. / No, he doesn’t.难点是一般现在时第三人称单数陈述句和一般疑问句的正确运用。本单元涉及的大部分动词短语在前六册学生用书中已经出现过，如：dancing, singing, reading stories, playing football, doing kung fu, cook Chinese food, study Chinese, do word puzzles, go hiking等等，教师在教学中应注意激活学生的记忆，以旧引新，引导学生熟练掌握。通过学习本单元内容，应鼓励学生发展广泛的兴趣与爱好，培养学生乐于与人交往的性格。 【单元学习目标】 （一）能力目标 1.学会单词与短语：studies, puzzle, hiking, reading stories, playing football, doing kung fu, cook Chinese food, study Chinese, do word puzzles, go hiking,并能将其熟练的运用与日常生活中。 2.让学生能听懂、会说、会用句型：What are you hobbies? I like reading stories. Does he live in China? No, he doesn’t. He lives in Australia, but he studies Chinese. 3.能够听懂会唱歌曲“My new pen pal”。 （二）知识目标 1.能够掌握A、B部分Let’s learn, Let’s talk中的四会单词和四会句子。 2.能够听、说、认读A、B部分Let’s talk，Read and write的白体句子。 3.通过游戏、分组表演、分角色表演和唱英文歌等形式练习巩固本单元所学内容并达到学习之用的目的。 4.学生通过阅读小故事，复述故事，产生成就感，调动起学生学习英语的兴趣，促进良好阅读习惯和养成。 （三）情感、策略、文化等目标 1. 情感态度：鼓励学生发展广泛的兴趣与爱好，培养学生乐于与人交往的性格。通过学习歌曲、阅读故事使学生保持对应于学习的持久兴趣，营造良好的英语学习氛围。 2. 学习策略：积极运用所学语言进行表达与交流，加强合作，共同完成学习任务。 3. 文化目标：了解中式茶和英式茶的饮茶器皿及饮茶习惯。 【单元学习重点、难点】 （一）单元学习重点 1. 听、说、读、写下列五个动词短语的ing形式：hiking, reading stories, playing football, doing kung fu, cook Chinese food, study Chinese, do word puzzles, go hiking. 四会句型：What are you hobbies? I like reading stories. Does he live in China? No, he doesn’t. He lives in Australia, but he studies Chinese. 2. 听、说、读、写四个动词的第三人称单数形式：cooks, studies, does, goes。四会句型：Does he live in Sydney? No, she doesn’t. Does he like doing words puzzles and going hiking? （二）单元学习难点 1. 下列动词短语的ing形式： hike---hiking, read---reading, cook---cooking 2. 使学生初步理解和掌握动词的第三人称单数形式。 【单元内容学情分析】 本单元涉及的大部分动词短语在前六册学生用书中已经出现过，如：go to work, watch TV, read newspapers等等，在学习时要注意激活学生的记忆，以旧引新，让学生熟练掌握。学生有很多不同的爱好，鼓励学生之间用所学句型和短语进行交流。 课时安排 第一课时：Main scene, A Let’s learn, Do a survey 第二课时：A Let’s try, Let’s talk 第三课时：B Let’s learn, Listen , match and say, C Story time 第四课时：B Let’s try, Let’s talk ,Let’s check, Let’s wrap it up 第五课时：B Read and write 第一课时 Main scene, A Let’s learn, Do a survey 【学习内容】 Main scene, A Let’s learn, Do a survey 【新课标与教材分析】 本课时是六年级英语的一节单词课，主要教学几个动词短语，一级能在实际交流中运用这几个动词短语。因此，需要进行简单地语法渗透。在本课的新授阶段，通过情境激趣法、直观教学法对学生进行新词的呈现，激发学生的学习兴趣，在句型的展示过程中，通过用自身的爱好来表达，让学生理解“爱好“一词的意义，并和学生进行真实的语言交际。 【学情分析】 这是第四单元的第一课时，本节课有几个动词短语原形在以前学过，这节课主要学习短语的ing形式变化。因此，在学习中让学生自己总结，掌握其规律是很重要的。动词后加ing形式的读音对学生来说也是难点，可以让学生在反复的运用中初步建立这种表达的语感。 【学习目标】 一、知识技能目标 1. 能够听、说、读、写以下动词短语：dancing, singing, reading stories, playing football, doing kung fu。 2. 能熟练运用句型：What are your hobbies? I like reading stories. 对同学的爱好进行询问和回答。 3. 知识点：能掌握dance的ing形式。 4. 语篇提升：Three boys like playing football. Two boys like doing kung fu. Two girls like reading stories. One girl likes dancing and sing. 5. 知识链: dance→ dancing →singing and dancing →I like singing and dancing. 二、情感态度目标 鼓励学生发展广泛的兴趣与爱好，培养学生乐于与人交往的性格。使学生愿意在小组活动中积极与他人合作，互相帮助，共同完成学习任务。 【学习重点、难点】 教学重点 熟练掌握五个动词短语的ing形式，并熟练使用本节课主要句型与同学进行交流。 教学难点 1. 掌握单词的ing形式的不规则变化：dance 2. 句型“What are your hobbies? I like ….”的灵活运用。 【学习准备】 CAI课件、录音机、磁带、本课词卡。 【学习过程】 一、 热身（Warm-up）（此环节用时5分钟） 课前三分钟Talk Show 说唱做演，激情引趣 （一）歌曲、歌谣中情绪热身 教师放五年级下册Recycle2的歌曲“I love going hiking”，学生边唱边跟教师做相应的动作。 （二）复习旧知中知识热身 1. Teacher does some actions, then gets the students to guess the phrases. For example, read a book, draw pictures, listen to the music, play football, etc. （设计意图：通过做动作，帮助学生回忆学过的动词短语，为本课的短语学习做铺垫。） 2. Teacher asks the students some questions: Do you like drawing? Do you like playing football? Do you like listening to music? Etc. （三）评价分组中注意力热身 把学生分为男生和女生两组，答对问题的学生得到图片做奖励，哪组学生得到的图片多，哪组学生就获胜。 【设计意图】通过歌曲渲染课堂学习气氛，使学生快速进入英语学习状态。通过做动作，帮助学生回忆学过的动词短语，为本课的短语学习做铺垫。通过与学生的自由交谈,练习句型，为本课动词ing形式的运用埋下伏笔。 二、呈现（Presentation）（此环节用时10分钟） （一）话题交流，导入新课 Teacher shows a football to the students: Look ,what’s this? Do you like playing football? Get the students to answer. Then teacher shows the CAI and says, “Look, what is he doing ?”( playing football) Teach the new phrases. （二）情景创设，理解词意 1. Teacher does the actions: dance and sing. Get the student to guess and learn the new phrases. 2. Teacher shows the CAI ,then gets the students to look at the pictures about doing kun fu. Learn the new phrases. 3. Teacher shows a story book, then teach the new phrases: reading stories. 4. New concept: Teacher dances and says, “ I like dancing.” Then , teacher shows some pictures to the students and says, “Look , they are my pictures of dancing. I like dancing. My hobby is dancing.”(Write “hobby” on the blackboard.) Teach the new word. T: What’s my hobby? I like dancing.(Write “ I like…” on the blackboard.) Then ask: What’s your hobby? Help the students answer the question. 【设计意图】通过实物、动作、图片等各种形式，呈现新词语，让学生通过不同的方式感知新短语。从教师的爱好入手，逐渐谈到学生的爱好，让学生在与老师和同学的交流中掌握第一人称、第二人称和第三人称做主语时句子的不同表达方法。 （三）句中练习，领读词卡 1. 巩固动词短语记忆，反复领读词卡。教师领读，男生女生读，分排、分行、分组读、“小老师” 领读、大小声法等多种方式相结合，让学生在角色转换和反复训练中加深对短语的感知。 2. 学生对短语有了初步了解和记忆后，将短语融入句子和具体情景中，进行句子接龙练习。 T: I like dancing. S3: I .… （四）版式呈现，视听正音 1. 通过板书呈现重点单词和句型，红笔标出动词ing形式。 2. 听一听，练一练 先仔细听录音，再让学生跟录音模仿短语和对话，看谁说得最好，为下一环节的练习做准备。 三、练习（Practice）（此环节用时10分钟） （一）跟读模仿，听做强化 1. 跟读录音，男女生分角色问答练习，强化模仿。 2. Pair work: Get the students to work in pairs and talk about their hobbies. 3. Let’s chant :Make a chant using the new phrases and sentences in this class. Hobby, hobby, what are your hobbies? Dancing, dancing, I like dancing. Hobby, hobby, what are your hobbies? Singing, singing, I like singing. （二）游戏巩固，任务落实 1.“猜一猜”游戏 学生两人一组，其中一人从Let’s learn单词卡片里抽出一张作为自己的爱好，另一人猜：You like …. 那名学生根据抽出卡片的内容回答：Yes. / No, I like …. 2. Do a survey 学生四人或六人为一小组，互相采访同学们的爱好。租后，选一个学生总结并作报告：Two students like dancing.
