重 点 语 法
动词后接非谓语动词作宾语分为三种情
况: 只能接不定式; 只能接动名词; 接动名
词或不定式皆可。
1.
只接动词不定式作宾语的动词及短语常用
的有:
afford, expect, manage, choose, desire,
determine, offer, promise, refuse
等。 例如:
I can蒺t afford to waste money on cheap sou鄄
venirs.
我不能把钱浪费在那些廉价的纪念
品上。
2.
只接动名词作宾语的动词及短语常用的
有:
consider, avoid, look forward to, admit,
appreciate, enjoy, finish, imagine, mind,
practice, suggest, insist on
等。 例如:
Have you ever considered going abroad for
further education?
你考虑过去国外深造吗?
3.
有些动词和动词短语后跟动词不定式和动
名词作宾语皆可, 但含义不同。 常见的有:
forget to do sth.
忘记要去做某事
forget doing sth.
忘记做过某事
stop to do sth.
停止去做另一件事
stop doing sth.
停止正在做的某事
remember to do sth.
记住去做某事
remember doing sth.
记得做过某事
regret to do sth.
对要做的事表示遗憾
regret doing sth.
对做过的事感到后悔
try to do sth.
努力做某事
try doing sth.
尝试着做某事
mean to do sth.
打算、 有意要做某事
