课 题 英语(基础模块2) U1 Travel 3-4 课 型 词汇及读写 课 时 2 授课班级 授课时间 授课教师 教材分析 本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材,《英语2基础模块》Unit 1 travel的热身(Warming Up)板块,要求学生能对旅行前的准备进行简单介绍,并能形成介绍出行前准备的文章。 本课对该单元听说及热身内容进行整合,以【完成英文旅行清单】和【介绍出行前准备】为主题进行旅游英语内容的学习。 学情分析 知识基础:本单元的主题为旅行。这一话题与学生的生活密切相关。但是学生对于日常生活用品的英文表达并不熟悉,因此本节进行拓展,通过物品清单的方式和写一篇行前准备文章进行输出夯实。 认知能力:该专业学生存在两级分化现象,多数学生英语基础较差,对英语学习缺乏热情,需要从词汇起步,调动新颖灵活的方式开展教学,激发学生兴趣;学生普遍对本专业认同感强;需要搭建学习支架,结合专业进行授课,从而提升学生的语言自信和学习成就感。 学习特点:学生乐于小组合作探究,能够在合作中提出问题、解决问题;半数学生可以做到课堂表现活跃,与教师互动良好;多数学生对动手操作类互动兴趣较高。 学习目标 1. 学生能够结合范本语句I’d like to take a xx with me.和给定的关键信息完成旅游行前准备的描述; 2. 学生能够结合旅游目的地,进行携带物品的英文表达; 3. 学生能够掌握行前准备的5个内容,并通过first,second等连接词将其连词成句。 学习重难点 教学重点:能准确描述旅行所携带物品和类型。 教学难点:能掌握行前准备事项英文表达并连词成句。 教学方法 教法:讲练结合 学法:自主探究 课前准备 制作ppt,打印旅行物品清单 教学媒体 教学资源:ppt、视频素材、音频素材、纸质任务单、umu题库 教学过程 第一课时:Warming up (What do you need to take when traveling?) 教学环节 教师活动设计 学生活动设计 设计意图 活动一: Lead-in (教学内容:umbrella,medicine,charger,credit card) Lead-in Showing pictures of scenic spots and ask students “What do you need to take when traveling?” and then showing pictures of several items and inviting students to tell their meanings in Chinese. Reviewing the commonly seen items and interacting with the teacher ppt/textbook 通过问答思考导入,引入学生生活常识和过往学习过的英文单词。 活动二: Travel packing list(教学内容: different categories of items:Essentials Personal Comfort Electronics Toiletries Health & Beauty Accessories Clothing Shoes) Asking students to look at the worksheet and tell “How many categories(大类) are there in the checklist(清单)?” Counting the numbers of different categories and taking down the Chinese translations. ppt/worksheet 通过重点句型将第一阶段两类词汇进行串联,突出本课重点句。 活动三: New knowledge(教学内容: travel packing list) 1.The teacher goes into details as to the specific items in each category and asking students to take the Chinese translations down, while the teacher can ask students to search of the meanings through group work. 2. The teacher asks students to make sentences with the pattern “I’d like to take a xx with me.” 1.Taking down the Chinese translations and seacrching for the meanings of the items that the teacher doesn’t show. 2. Trying to make sentences with the given pattern. ppt/worksheet 小组合作查词考验小组合作能力和词义分辨能力,句型运用培养学生套用句型的能力。 活动四:Practice (教学内容: the application of travel packing list) Asking students if they are heading towards a suburb spot what they are going to take under the guidance of the travel packing list.
