Better way for us to fly
NASA developed a plane that makes flying more environmentally friendly. The X-Plane is an experimental all-electric aircraft. These antibiotics work by stopping two proteins (蛋白质) that bacteria use to grow. Older antibiotics don’t work as well as they used to because bacteria have learned how to resist them.

Hands and feet can easily get cold in winter. Thick gloves might be a good choice, yet sometimes wearing them is inconvenient, especially when people want to do something with their hands. However, this was not a problem for ancient Chinese people, who had a fine tool to keep their hands warm---hand warmers.
About the origin (起源), there is no exact written record, but ★ . One folk story is about Emperor Yang from the Sui Dynasty visiting Jiangsu in the winter. Due to the bitter cold, craftsmen (工匠) were required to make a small warmer for the emperor to hold in hand. Thus the hand warmer was create. Later in the Song Dynasty, the tool was in widespread use. Skills for producing the tool were widely employed in the Ming and Qing dynasties. And many books recorded people using hand warmers. The Dream of the Red Chamber, the classic novel by Cao Xueqin from the Qing Dynasty, described a servant sending a hand warmer to Lin Daiyu in one chapter.
Made of different materials, ancient hand warmers had lots of fine designs, such as pumpkins, flowers and turtle shells. The designs preferred animals or symbols with good meanings. Inside a hand warmer, there were burning charcoal (木炭) or simple coals. Some coals were blended with broken pieces and pressed into flower shapes, giving off a pleasant smell when burnt.
This useful and fine tool is a symbol of craftsmanship of ancient China.

Liam Garner was just 17 years old when he started out on his adventure-a 32, 000-kilometer bike trip. In early January, he finally finished his trip, 17 months after he started.
After Liam graduated from high school, he wondered what it would be like to bike from the point farthest north in the United States all the way to the most southern point in South America. In all, he was robbed five times on the trip. He got very sick more than once. In Colombia, he had a bike accident that left him injured. In spite of it all, he kept going, through rain, sun, heat, cold, deserts and mountains.
Liam finally arrived in Ushuaia (乌斯怀亚), Argentina on January 10th, 2023-527 days after he started. He had traveled through 14 countries along the way
