Life in 2080

Life in 2080 will be different from life now because great changes will take place. But what will the changes be?

The Population Problem

The population is one of the biggest problems in the world today. China has the largest population with 1.4 billion. It's about one fifth of the world's population. A large population causes many difficulties, not only for（对于） every family, but also for（对于）the whole nation（国家）. It has become a serious problem. In many less developed areas (欠发达地区), some parents prefer boys to girls（比起女孩更喜欢男孩）. As a result, many girls can't go to school.

I think we should do something to control the population. One answer is known as the one-child policy.（众所周知的一个政策是独生子女政策） It has worked well in controlling China's population. We should continue to take more proper measures to control it.

Most cities are more crowded than before, and the traffic is much heavier.

So far, we have taken many measures to control the population. It has worked well in controlling China’s population.
