教学指导思想
坚持立德树人的根本任务,基于单元整体设计的教学思路,在课程思政理念下,遵循英语学习活动观组织和实施教学,在学生学会如何邀请朋友参加生日聚会和如何选购生日礼物的基础上,本课围绕“如何庆祝生日”这个话题,依托教材文本,结合真实学情,恰当运用信息技术手段创设真实语境,通过问题导向型设计引导学生在学习理解、操练巩固、迁移创新的教学活动中感知情境,内化语言,情感共鸣,多元思考,逐步建构新知,深度理解文本意义,在学用语言做事情的过程中发展学科核心素养。
教学目标
1. 能听懂、会说并认读短语light the candles, make a wish, blow out the candles,以及句型Here is/ are … for you. 能准确、流利、有感情地朗读对话。(学习理解)
2. 能在庆祝生日的情境中,熟练地运用短语 light the candles, make a wish, blow out the candles,以及Here is/ are … for you.等句型进行表达和描述。(应用实践)
3. 能在真实的情境中,描述庆生活动,表达真情实感,体会在社会和家庭生活中文明礼貌、孝亲敬长的重要性并能感受到生日派对背后的人文关怀。(迁移创新)
学习者分析
六年级学生活泼好动表现欲强,喜欢直观形象思维,针对这一特点,教师课堂上充分运用信息技术手段创设真实语境,结合任务教学法,引导学生在生活化、趣味化的活动中操练短语和句型,延展和创新英语综合能力。此外,六年级的学生已经有一定的为他人庆祝生日的生活经验,因此,学会用语言做事情显得尤为重要。通过创设和老师一起思考如何为妈妈过生日的情境,学生不仅能够学会用英语描述派对的活动和流程,还进一步体会了家人之间的浓浓亲情,理解了生日派对背后的人文关怀。
教学重难点
教学重点:
在正确理解和朗读的基础上围绕核心句型和重点词汇,基于庆生情境的创设,积极参与教学活动,描述庆祝生日的常见活动和基本流程。
教学难点:
在和教师一起思考如何为妈妈过生日的学习活动中,体验孝亲敬长的方式方法,描述庆祝生日的基本流程。
解决措施:通过信息技术辅助学生思维建构、通过形象生动的视频、音频以及图片资源帮助学生在生活化、趣味化的情境中习得语言。
教学过程
Step 1 Lead-in 激趣引情,直入主题
1. Motivate students’ interest and Introduce the topic by listening to the Happy Birthday song.
T: Dear students, here’s a song for you. Listen … Oh, Happy Birthday Song. Do you like it? How do you celebrate your birthday?
S1: I eat cakes.
S2: I have a party.
S3: I play games with my friends.
S4: I go to the park with my parents.
S3: I go to see a film.
S4: I go shopping.
T: Oh, you celebrate in different ways. How about Lisa? Let’s watch and learn.

Step 2 Presentation 学生主体,互动高效
1. Understand the text as a whole by watching the video of Lesson 17 and learn new sentences. (Watch and answer.)

T: What do they say to Lisa?
