Write a short passage to show our ideas. 课后反思 义务教育英语课程标准（2022年版）提出了英语课程要围绕立德树人根本任务，体现课程性质，反映课程理念，确立以培养和发展学生核心素养为宗旨的课程目标，包括语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力。为了做到有的放矢，把课讲深讲透，在开课前我先做了大量的准备工作。本节课的教学主题是珠穆朗玛峰，与地理课紧密相连，因此我融合了学生已学的与珠穆朗玛峰有关的知识，充分调动学生的积极性，让其回忆并参与课堂，同时渗透德育教育，鼓励学生在困难面前不畏艰难，永不放弃，挑战自己。站在新课标的高度，提高学生的阅读能力。课堂中，我结合实际，充分调动学生们的积极性，极大地激发了他们的学习热情和学习兴趣，课程后半部分结合情感教育，鼓励学生们相信自己，永不放弃，取得一定的效果。本节课也有一定的不足之处。首先，我忽视了学生个体的差异性，让部分学生的活动流于形式，口语没有得到有效的训练。其次，选择的问题对于部分同学有一定的难度，而使得团队合作优势下降，不能很好的表达出自己想表达的观点。在以后的教学中，我要多考虑学生的个体差异性，分层次布置任务，多向老教师和优秀老师学习，以弥补自己的不足之处。 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $$
