The main topic of this lesson is about sports. The topic is related to our daily life, so it is easy to arouse the students’ learning interests. After students finished this lesson, they can understand how to use “more...than”,only after learning this lesson,students can learn the following lessons, such as”the most”, so this lesson is quite important to their further study. 学情分析 Our students are in Grade 8, they have learned English for several years. They have got the basic skill of studying English. However, speaking ability still needs to be developed. Thus I will provide them more chances to practice speaking ability. 教学目标确定 教学 目标 1. To consolidate and summarize the use of comparatives, and distinguish adverbs from adjectives; 2. To find one’s favourite sport and show reasons or opinions by using comparative adjectives and adverbs correctly; 3.
