                        Unit 3 My friends Lesson 2 A Let’s learn   一、教材分析 本次授课内容为PEP三年级起点第三册第三单元，本单元学习的主题是我的朋友。通过主题学习学会使用本单元的核心句型进行提问，并使用形容词进行回答，描述他人的外貌特征。  学情分析 学生在经过二册书的学习后，积累了一定的语言知识，掌握了一些形容词单词，如：fat,thin,tall.short,big,small …都比较熟悉了，这为接下描述人物的外貌有个良好的基础。但学生所生活的环境并不是一个以英语为母语的地方，所以部分同学在没有语言环境的条件下，对一些单词以及语言的运用能力都欠佳。   二、教学目标：   1.Teaching aims （1）Knowledge aims Students are able to master the key:words:tall and strong、short and thin、friendly、quiet.  Students can introduce their friends’ characters with new words and sentences: ：His name is.../ He’s ...   (2)Ability aim Though the activities and games,students can use new words in the real situation .And their independent inquiry ability can be fostered. (3)Emotion aim Students can realize that friends are important .And their awareness of cherishing friendship can be cultivated.                         三、教学重难点 教学重点:The usage of the new words:tall and strong、short and thin、friendly、quiet.  教学难点:The usage of the new sentences：He’s ... / His name is... 4、 教学媒体 PPT，Video，Word cards.  五、教学过程：   Step 1: Warming-up  1.Greeting.  2.Let’s do Be fat.Be fat.Be fat, fat, fat!    Be thin.Be thin.Be thin, thin, thin!   Be tall.Be tall.Be tall, tall ,tall!     Be short.Be short.Be short,short,short!  Step 2：Presentation and practice  1. Show the pictures of Dora A’s dream and create a situation that today is Dora A’s dream’s birthday.Then, lead students to take part in the party. 2. Dora A’s dream introduce his friends to shoe today’s new words and sentences Who’s he/she... What’s he look like ?(他长什么样？） 胖虎——He is tall and strong. 大熊——He is friendly. 静香——She is quiet. 小夫——He is short and thin. 3. Let’s chant 4. Who’s missing Students look at the screen and answer questions： Who’s missing? Step 3 ：Production Make a new dialogue to describe Dora A’s dream new friends. -Who is he/she? -His/Her name is… -He/She is… Affective education : Friends are important.We need treasure our friendship. Step 4 ：Summary Students summarize what they have learned today. Teacher give supplement timely.
