Make short dialogues according to the given situations.
In Video I, the tone of the tour guide is very hard, which makes her words unpleasant to ears.
In Video II, the tone of the tour guide is soft. Although the itinerary is not change at last, her explanation is acceptable.
As a tour guide, she/he should not change the itinerary casually. If the guests ask for a change in the planned itinerary, the tour guide should explain patiently to them that she/he has no right to change the contracted itinerary. If the guests continue to request, the tour guide should report the situation to the travel agency first, and then explain clearly to the guests the decision of the agency. Usually, to make the work efficient, the tour guide should try to get the understanding and cooperation of the tour leader.

An itinerary is a detailed plan for a tour. It has the detailed information of the route and the plan for the journey. What should be considered while you plan your vacation?
Generally speaking, what places do older travelers like to visit?
To plan a perfect vacation, you should keep in mind such matters as cost, location, and the length of stay.
First, choose where you aim to go for your vacation. Then formulate your itinerary. Surf the Internet or read some books about amazing sites, places to visit, and things to do. Make sure you book suitable means of transportation for the right dates.
Write down all the possible sites and choose those that suit you best. Older travelers may prefer to visit historical sites, while young people may like to visit shopping centers.
Planning Great Holidays
Get the right clothing ready for your holiday. If you are going somewhere hot you may need shorts and T-shirts, but if you are going to a colder place you need to pack jackets and warm pants.
Once you have chosen where you wish to go, you can now decide how you are going to get around ─ by car, taxi, train, plane, bus, or boat.
After you have gathered all the information, find a map of your destination to help you get around.
Write down all the information you have gathered in case you forget.
Planning Great Holidays
