He was especially good at using bright colors to symbolize his strong emotions, and the subjects in his paintings mostly displayed his feelings about life. Interactive Activity 2: Listen to the mini-lecture for the first time and finish the first choice in Ex II in the textbook. Interactive Activity 3: Listen to the mini-lecture again and fill in the blanks. Questions before listening to the lecture: (1) In the mini-lecture, what two aspects are talked about? Reference answer: I prefer “The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind.” This is a very famous lyric, and it is also a soul that Bob Dylan contributed to the world in pursuit of freedom and peace. This line means that the answer will change with the change of the environment. In times of war, for example, the answer may well be to eliminate war and create peace.
