She is our friend,Anne. We are invited to her house. Let’s chant and go! Hello,everyone! This is Anne. Now, clap your hands and chant with me! Welcome to my home,home,home. This is the living room.It’s bright and big. This is the kitchen.It’s nice and clean. This is the bathroom.It’s small but tidy. Where’s the bedroom,bedroom,bedroom,bedroom? Oh,here it is.Please come in! (Justification: create a scene and arouse students’ interest in English by chanting. ) Step 2 Pre-listening Part B Let’s learn. 1)Memory master T: What can you see in Anne’s bedroom? (Students observe this picture for 10 seconds.Then, teacher covers the door, desk, window, chair, bed up. Students recall the covered items.) E.g.T: What’s this? Ss: It’s a door. (Justification: introduce and teach new words by activity.And enhance the connection between words and objects by picture. ) 2)Where’s the cat? T: Look!There’s a little tail. What’s that?
