In the Northern Song Dynasty, there were simple and rough folk song-dance music, which officials and gentry called "pop"(俚曲). Originated from ancient Qing Yi Qiang Nuo Opera, commonly known as "Qingtan", is a kind of sacrificial ceremony(祭祀仪式), since the Western Jin Dynasty to Shu Han figure Jiang Wei worship became its main content, known as "opera living fossil"(“戏曲活化石”), after the branch of folk song-dance music called lantern. Lushan Lantern is full of local color, which includes singing, dancing, performance, story and characters. Short and refine, ancient but not old, in Sichuan drama for a unique style.
