Lead into the new class. 关于人口内容的视频来引出新课。让学生学习课文前对新授内容有一定的心理准备。 Step2 Pre-listening 1. Present the numbers, learn how to say the numbers in English. 2. Practise the numbers. 3. Listen to a short dialogue and choose the best answer. 先设计数字认读，后听短对话，再听长对话，着眼于学生;最近发展区，调动学生积极性，发挥其潜能，超越其最近发展区而达到其困难发展到的水平，然后在此基础上进行下一发展区的发展。 Step3 While-listening Listening and reading 1. Listen to the conversation, try to complete the table. 2. Read the conversation and complete the table. 3. Read again and work in pairs, find the important language points. 4. Explain some language points and practice. 5. Choose the best summary of the conversation.(If we will have enough time) 6. Read the conversation in groups. 1. Language points 本环节的设计是让学生在朗读的同时要理解文章讨论的细节问题（表格内容）来完成练习。熟读对话；理解对话整体内容；能掌握语言点。通过此步骤的学习，老师就不必再细讲或解释课文了。让学生小组分角色朗读课文通过读来练习语音语调及语速。 Step4 Post-listening Do some exercises. 　 这项练习题的设计仍然和本节课的知识内容有关。通过此项练习，能够让学生更深的理解部分单词及词组，并能正确使用它们。对本节课的语言知识运用方面做个补充练习，拓展学生的知识。 Step5 Summary 1、Let the whole class summarize the lesson together, what we learn today, what should we to make our home town more beautiful? .
