Unit 4 Time Part B 教学目标 (1)知识目标： 1. 学习单词clock, time, London等,初步运用so many。 2. 学习句子What’s the time? 3. 学习字母o在重读开音节中的读音。 4.功能：询问时间。 (2)技能目标： 1. 能认读单词clock,time, London等。 2. 能准确使用What’s the time? 询问时间。 (3)情感文化培养：                                        1.一寸光阴一寸金，教育学生要珍惜时间。 2.了解全球时区划分的基本知识，渗透西方文化教育，树立正确的时间观。 教学重难点 能准确使用What’s the time? 询问时间。 教具准备 1.单词卡片：clock, o’ clock, so many, time ,Mom, London。 2.世界地图。 3.幻灯片PPT。 教学步骤 Step 1 Warming up 1. Greetings. T: Are you ready for class? Let’s count (12—1).Class begins. (At beginning of the countdown, let the students with full energy to enter the classroom and review the 1-12 number.) 2. Sing a song：Numbers. T: First of all.Let’s sing a song: Numbers. Clap your hands. (Let the students study in a relaxing atmosphere.) Step 2 Revision &Presentation 1. Review words1-12. Game—Quick response T: If you can say the numbers, stand up and say them. What can you see? Great! It’s a clock. 3. Teach“clock”. T: We have learnt“o’clock”. Look! “o” is flying away. Now, we have c-l-o-c-k. Can you try to read it? Yes, clock. Good job!    Get the Ss to repeat several times. 3. Teach “so many”. (1) Let the students say: It’s a black clock, a white clock, a yellow clocks... Wow, so many clocks. (2) Teach the pronunciation:so many, “O” /əu/ We also can say: go home, no, nose. T: Well, we know clock can tell us time. Today we are going to learn Unit 4 Time Part B. 5. Teach the text. (1)Teach “ London”“Beijing”. T: There are so many time from different places. Let’s have a look. They are the capitals of the countries, read after me. Great! Look carefully, what can you find? Ss: 首字母大写…(解释：人名、地名、国家首字母要大写。) T: So We say“běijīng” in Chinese.
