B: I like them. / I love them. / I don’t like them. / I can’t stand them. /I don’t mind them. 2.教学难点： 学会对不同事物正确表达自己的看法。 教学过程： Step 1 Greetings and lead in Daily greeting. Step 2 Presentation 1.T: Show some pictures of the TV shows on the PPT. 2.Lead students to learn some new words: Talk show, soap opera, sports show, sitcom, game show, talent show, news 3.Let Ss match the TV shows with the pictures in 1a. 4.Check the answers. The teacher asks students to read these words together or one by one. Step 3 . Listening Work on 1b 1.T : Let Ss look at the questions in 1b. Ask Ss to listen and number the shows [1-4] in the order you hear them. 2.Check the answer after listening. Step 4 Pair work 1.Take 1c as the example, and let Ss practice the conversation in pairs. Then make their own conversation. For example: A: What do you want to watch? B: What do you think of talk show? A: They’re OK. I don’t mind them. B: Then let’s watch a talk show.
