►专题五 职场写作 题型解读 山东省春季高考英语试题的职场写作部分要求考生能根据提供的材料完成职业场景的写作任务。写作部分共10分，要求考生根据要求完成词数一般为80---120字的短文，要点全面，语法正确，书写规范，卷面整洁。此题型重点考查考生的写作表达能力和英语应用能力。 命题趋势 职场写作主要考查学生综合运用语所学词汇、语法、句型进行思维和运用的能力。山东省春季高考自2014年第一次采用“职场应”的形式考查学生的写作表达能力。此部分考查的场景符合职业学校学生特点，各类场景多样，贴近生活。 根据《2023年山东省春季高考统一考试考试标准》要求考生掌握下列实用文体(1)书信(2)通知(3)便条(4)日记(5)电子邮件(6)演讲稿(7)请柬(8)公告(9)活动安排(10)海报(11)广告(12)简历。职场写作部分考查的文体属于《考试说明》中学生应该掌握的实用文体，且文体多样。 自2017年春季高考开始，要求学生在写作中呈现的内容要点都是条目式的中文要求。条目要求呈现减少趋势，从2017年春季高考的5条，减少到2021年春季高考和 2022年春高考的三条。 近五年山东省春季高考职场写作： 年度 文体 话题 任务 2023 电子邮件 社区劳动社会实践 写一封电子邮件介绍社区劳动实践活动的情况 2022 电子邮件 申请加入销售团队 写一封自荐的电子邮件 2021 工作日记 记录外国代表团来访活动 写一篇关于活动情况的日记 2020 演讲稿 端午节邀请外籍客户参加活动 写一份关于端午节的演讲稿 2019 邀请函 邀请校友代表参加毕业典礼 写一份邀请校友参加毕业典礼的邀请函 解题技巧 1.认真审题。 写作前仔细审题,弄清题目或情境条件,抓住要点。要认真研读所给的提示性语言、词汇, 明白该题所要求写作的内容, 然后确定文章的文体、格式、时态、人称等写作要点。 2. 文章结构清晰。 写作的过程中,要注意文章的整体结构,通常分为三个部分,开头、中间内容、结尾。快速列出写作提纲,按正确的逻辑构思,同时考虑选用的词或词组。要注意提示性语言、词汇之间的先后顺序和逻辑关系,明白哪些内容先写,哪些后写。通常情况下,提示性要点的先后顺序,就是该文的逻辑关系,所以可以按此进行语篇的组织。 3. 表述准确，句式丰富。 写作时语法要规范。要用自己最熟悉、最有把握的词句,适当使用一些表并列、递进因果、转折等的连词,以及一些过渡句,使语言显得自然流畅。最重要的是要用英语进行思维，避免使用汉式英语,不可逐词翻译。适当使用定语从句，状语从句，强调句等。 4.检查润色。 写作之后通查全文,注意单词拼写、语法等是否正确,检查所写英语语句是否正确,是否符合英语表达的需要或习惯,检查词语的大小写、标点是否正确。 评分标准 一.评分原则 1.本题总分为10分,分4个档次酌情给分; 2.评分时,先根据文章内容的完整性和语言的规范性初步确定其所属档次; 3.如书写较差,影响对写作内容的理解,将分数降低一个档次。 二．评分档次和标准 1.第一档(10分) (1）覆盖所有要点，内容充实: (2)表达清楚，意思连贯.全文结内紧凑， (3)语法结构和间汇应用准确，标点使用正确: (4)80-120间。 2.第二等(7~9分) (1)覆盖大部分要点，内容基本充实: (2)表达清楚，意思较连贯，全文结构较紧凑; (3)语法、单词拼写及标点使用错误较少; (4)不少于60间。 3、第三档(1~6分) (1)覆盖部分要点，内容不够充实; (2)表达不够清楚,意思缺少连贯性; (3)语法、单词拼写及标点使用错误较多; (4)不少于40词。 4.第四档(1~3分) (1)覆盖很少要点，内容极不充实; (2)表达不清楚,句子支离破碎,影响对写作内容的理解; (3)语法结构单调,词汇贫乏,词不达意; (4)几乎没有有效信息。 5.第五档0分 有意暴露真实身份或不符 合题意、无有效信息者得零分。 真题实战练 【例1】(2023年山东春季高考) 劳动实践能够帮助我们提高生活技能、增长生活见识、体会劳动价值、收获劳动喜悦。假设你是某公司职员李华,在上周末你参加了单位组织的社区劳动实践活动。请根据以下要点, 给外国朋友Jack写一封英文电子邮件。邮件内容包括: 1.劳动实践内容; 2.劳动实践感受 参考词汇: 分捡垃拔 pick up litter and sort it 清扫道路 clean up the paths 浇灌树水water the plants 劳动价值 the value of working 创建美丽区create a better environment for the community 注意: 1.文中不得出现考生个人真实信息； 2.可适当增加细节,以使行文连贯； 3.词数80~120 Dear Jack, How is it going?
