Let’s go back to the first Thanksgiving.
The history of Thanksgiving goes back to 1620. At at that time, some travelers from the UK crossed the sea to America. But they had a very difficult first winter and many of them died. Luckily, the Indians brought them food like Turkey and corn and taught them how to grow food and hunt animals. Finally, the travelers lived through the hard time. The next year, They had a big harvest in autumn so they asked the Indians to celebrate together by sharing turkey and other food to thank their help.
