Unit 3 Fascinating Parks *Project:Create your ideal theme park教学设计 教学目标 By the end of the class,students will be able to: 1.review the main characteristics oftheme parks learnt in the previous class; 2.brainstorm and describe their ideal theme parks in English; 3.create a poster for their ideal theme parks by working cooperatively in teams. 教学内容 教学重点： 1.Encourage students to come up with creative theme park ideas. 2.Instruct students to create a well-organized and eye-catching poster and present their ideas confidently. 教学难点： 1.Encourage students to brainstorm and come up with creative theme park ideas. 2.Provide constructive feedbacks for classmates. 教学过程 步骤 教学活动 设计意图 Step 1: lead-in (5mins) 1.T asks Ss to watch a short video about a theme park and think about what they saw in the video. 2.T asks Ss to think about what else (apart from rides &attractions)in the video that adds fun to the theme park. 通过视频引起学生对话题的 兴趣，激活对话题的思考和 引入相关词汇，如rides & attractions,shows &events。 Step 2: review & summarize (5 mins) 1.T provides a form and asks Ss to classify the information from the video into 3 categories 2.T asks Ss to review the text learnt in the previous lesson and classify the content by filling in the form. 3.T asks Ss to find out the sentences of introduction from the passage. 通过对视频相关信息进行分 类处理，引导学生将已学文 章信息进行分类，强化学生 对主题乐园的认识，为后续 的主题公园设计做好内容结 构的铺垫。 Step 3: brainstorm (15 mins) 1.T asks Ss to come up with creative theme park ideas,including themes,rides & attractions,shows &events and restaurants &food stands as well as a one-sentence introduction. 2.T asks Ss the essential elements of a good poster. 3.T shows a sample poster and ask Ss to evaluate the poster according to the essential elements. 引导学生明确公园主题，并 为主题公园设计相应的活 动，表演和配套设备。 通过对海报范例的分析，为 后续的海报设计做好铺垫。 Step 4: create (9 mins) T divides Ss in small groups and asks them to create a poster draft for their ideal theme park according to the checklist. 学生通过分工协作，发挥个 自所长，完成海报设计。 Step 5: T asks Ss to present their poster and evaluate 引导学生展示作品并互相评 present and evaluate (5mins) their classmates’poster according to the checklist. 价，在展示和互评过程中进 行反思。 Step 6: assignment (1min) 1.Polish the poster and post it in the classroom. 2.Write a complete introduction to your ideal theme park by following the language features learnt in this unit. 通过作业，对本堂及本单元 所学知识进行反思和巩固。 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $$
