►文体感知
介绍食物烹饪方法属于说明文,是指按照先后顺序详细介绍食物烹饪过程的文章。要求其语言凝练,多用祈使句;逻辑性强,多使用first(firstly),second(secondly)等表示顺序的词语。
►写作技巧
1.原料要写清,用量明确,可用以克、汤匙等为单位进行计量,并按使用到的顺序进行排列。
2.烹饪步骤不能颠倒,更不能漏项,要尽可能清晰、完整,方便大家参照。
3.写作烹饪步骤说明时常用祈使句,文字清晰,简单易读。同时要写清所用烹饪工具、火候及时间。
