This lesson is from Unit 3 of PEP English Go for it, the second semester of Grade Seven. The topic of this unit is about transportation. Section A (1a-2e) is the listening and speaking part of this unit. It talks about how students get to school and the transportation they take. The target language of this class is the two different ways to express the way to school and the vehicle vocabulary, so it’s very important for students to master this lesson well.

Students of Grade Seven have been learning English for years. So they can sometimes elicit the target language from natural speech by themselves. Hence, self-learning method is used in designing this lesson. And also, the topic of this lesson is much related to their daily life, they will be very much interested in this class.
