          Language Knowledge

1. Learn words: make , card , boring , soon , classroom , playground , lab , computer , room , etc.

2. Learn the present continuous tense:

What are you doing now?         I'm making cards.

Are you doing your homework?    No, I'm not.

Are you watching TV?           Yes, I am.

          Language Skills

1. Understand the simple dialogues or narration about the present continuous tense.
2. Be able to name all kinds of facilities and places in the school.
3. Be able to pronounce words clearly and with accurate intonation in oral expression.

          Emotional Attitudes and View of Values

1.               Cultivate students' active participation in various school activities.
2.               Tell students to take care of everything in our school.

       Teaching Main Points

Teach students words including make , card , boring , soon , classroom , playground , etc.

2. Sing a song: Our School .

Step 2 Lead-in (7 minutes)

(This part is aimed at introducing the School facilities .)

1. Guessing game.
2. Show Ss a picture about the conversation between Kangkang and Tiny.
3. Free talk.

Ask Ss to answer the question : What do you know about our school?

Step 3 Presentation (18 minutes)
