一 教学内容:
本课是第二模块第一单元第一课时,本课的教学内容是,Daming, Lingling, Amy, Sam 和同学们在老师的带领下游玩了动物园.在语言点上,主要以句型What are they? 为重点,结合以前学过的句型What’s this ? 让同学们感受单复数的区别。
二 教学目标:
(一)知识目标:
1、基本要求:能听说认读单词they及动物名词tiger,monkey,lion,elephant以及其复数形式。
2、初步感知:掌握重点句型What are they?并会用They’re monkeys/lions/tigers/elephants...进行回答,并且能在日常生活中实际应用 。
3、复习巩固:复习句型:“What’s this?”及其回答。
(2) 能力目标:
能正确运用句型What's this?/What are they?来询问别人,并能做出正确回答。
(3) 情感目标:
1、 通过交流与合作,培养学生的互助精神与合作能力。
2、 鼓励和培养学生学会自主探究学习。
3、 让学生获取成功体验,增强自信心。
三 教学重点
1、 学习句型What are they? 及其回答.
2、 能正确区分名词单复数。
四 教学难点
在日常对话中能正确运用句型What are they?并做出正确回答。

六 教学过程:
Step1:Warming up
1、 Greetings.
2、 Enjoy <What’s this?> song.
(设计意图:这是一首关于“What’s this?”的歌,通过歌曲的演唱可以帮助学生复习“What’s this?”这个句型,也为本节课的学习做好铺垫。)
3、 Free talk.
T: What's the song about?
Ss: Animal.
T: Yes, it’s about animal. What’s your favourite animal?
S1.Cat.
S2.Dog.
T:What about me? Can you guess? Look, I’ll draw it on the blackboard.(利用板中板功能绘画。)
T:Yes. It’s a monkey.(讲授monkey和monkeys并板书)。揭示课题:They’re monkeys.(板书)
Step2 Presentation
1、Learn the new word:zoo.
出示chant中图T:This is mother monkey.This is father monkey.This is baby monkey.Where are they? (用希沃白板笔圈出提示词zoo)。
2.Learn the new words.
T:Look, this rabbit wants to find his friends, but there is a river, he couldn’t cross. Who can help him?(游戏过桥)
T:Wow ,you did a good job. Look, his friends are coming.
(1)T:What’s this?(幻灯片出示图片:tiger并板书)
T:Yes. It’s a tiger.(板书:What’s this? It’s a tiger.)
(幻灯片出示三只老虎)T:What are they?
Ss: They are tigers.(板书单词tigers,以及What are they? 和They are tigers.)
(2) T:Do you know this animal? It has a long nose and two big ears.Guess : What are they?(边描述边用橡皮擦把图片中鼻子和耳朵部分擦去,让学生猜)
Ss: Elephant.
T:Yes.It’s an elephant.(板书单词 :elephant)
T:Look!Now there are two elephants? What are they?
Ss:They are elephants.(板书单词:elephants)
(3) T:Another animal is coming .Listen carefully.Let’s guess “What’s this?(播放狮子的叫声,让学生猜)
T:Yes .It’s a lion.(板书单词:lion.)(幻灯片出示多只狮子图片) What are they?
Ss:They’re lions.(板书单词:lions)
(4) Play games.(通过游戏巩固所学单词)
(设计意图:以不同的方式呈现单词,避免了单词学习的枯燥感。)
3. Learn the text
T:Mr Li and his students are in the zoo too. Let’s have a look.
(1)、Watch the video for the first time and answer my question:“What animal can you see?”
(设计意图:针对文本提出问题,让学生带着问题走进课文内容。)
(2)、Read the dialogue in different ways.

T:Look, these animals are in danger.Do you want to help them?
Ss:Yes.
T:If you want to help them ,you must finish the tasks.Are you ready? Let’s go.

(聚光灯展示几幅动物的图片,让学生快速的回答所看到的内容。)
(2) .Task2. Jigsaw puzzle
(利用拼图的游戏,让孩子复习句型,并熟记英语单词。)
(3)Task3.Draw and say.
(设计意图:游戏作为深受孩子喜爱的活动形式,可以调节学生注意力的分配,提高课堂学习的效率,培养学生对英语学习的兴趣,创造真实多变的教学环境,提高新奇有趣的操练形式。)
2.Emotion education.
T:All these animals were set free.Look, they’re coming.
T:Wow, animals are so cute,but do you know their living conditions? Let’s have a look .
T:Boys and girls,animals are our friends, some of them are in danger,so must protect them.Love animals, love our friends.Please join in protecting animals. OK?
