一、教学内容:本单元教学主题Health,共包含四个课时,分别是:What’s wrong with you?/How are you feeling today?/How can we keep healthy?/Again, please.(单元复习)。本课为第三课时。二、教学目标
(一)语言能力
1.能听懂、会说、认读本课核心词句:We should.../We shouldn’t...;
2.学习运用核心词句询问和表达关于健康的建议。
(二)学习能力
1.能在语境中对关于Health健康话题进行整合运用,表达自己的观点;
2.能综合运用所学核心语言知识描述健康话题。
(三)思维品质
1.能运用观察、分析、推理、判断、归纳等方法梳理文本脉络;
2.能借助思维工具,提高故事阅读理解能力。
(四)文化意识学习和体会健康的重要性,形成良好健康生活习惯。
三、教学重点与教学难点:
教学重点:
学生能在语境中感知、理解和运用We should...We shouldn't...提出健康建议。
教学难点:
学生能在不同语境中谈论健康话题,制作健康小贴士。
教具准备:PPT课件、单词卡片、图片、健康小贴士活动卡等
三、教学过程
一、Pre-reading
Sing a song An apple a day
【设计意图】本环节充分利用了学生的年龄特点,请学生边做有趣的手势边唱歌。既调动了学生的兴趣,又顺利的引入主题:Health。
二、While-reading
1.T: What do you learn from the song?
S: An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
T: Yes, an apple a day is good for our health.(出示health词卡,领读,齐读)And it makes us healthy.(出示healthy词卡,领读,齐读,找2-3名学生读)
T:Our topic is:How can we keep healthy?

T: Our friend Wang Hong has a fever. She has a bad cold.

T:What should we do?
S:We should do sports every day.
T:We should do sports every day. It means we should do sports from Sunday to Saturday.(出示do sports every day词卡,重点强调every的发音,用little train的方式进行操练,通过图片猜测词义,让学生直观理解everyday的含义。)
开放性问题,启发学生思考:
T:What sports do you do everyday?
S:I run every day./I swim every day.
T:These sports are all good for your health. We should do them every day.
【设计意图】学生自读课文、获取信息,并完成填空。教师引导学生通过图片比较理解“everyday”的意义。用开放性问题“What sports do you do every day?”询问学生日常运动情况,以激发学生的思维,提升口语表达能力,渗透健康教育。

S:We should have enough sleep.(教师教授enough sleep,拼写,领读,小组读)
T:Look at this girl. Her sleep time is only five hours. Little sleep or enough sleep? S:Little sleep. Not enough sleep.
(通过让学生观察图片,理解enough的意思,让学生在情境中对别人提出合理化建议。)5.Good to know

【设计意图】通过询问学生的作息时间,引出enough sleep话题,再通过出示教育部对小学生的睡眠时长建议和作息谚语,让学生明白自己该有多长时间的睡眠才是足够的。借助图片和情景,灵活学习运用enough,提出开放性问题,提供语言支架,引导学生用完整的句
子回答问题。
6.Think
Why should we do sports every day and have enough sleep?It makes us healthy and strong.
【设计意图】教师通过发散性提问,引发学生进一步思考体育锻炼和充足睡眠的重要性。学生在头脑风暴的过程中加深了对文本的理解,提升了思维品质。

9.Play a game.
T: Let’s play a game. Tell me junk food or healthy food. If it is junk food, give us your suggestions.
【设计意图】教师通过食物转盘,让学生在游戏中区分healthy food和junk food,极大的激发了他们的学习兴趣。当转盘转到junk food时,让学生运用句型We shouldn’t eat too much...提出饮食建议。
10.Watch a video
T: Junk food is not good for our health. If we eat a lot of junk food, what will happen?
S1: The animals become fat.
T: Junk food makes us fat.(学生操练)
【设计意图】教师给学生播放“If animals eat a lot of junk food”的视频,学生在轻松的氛围中既缓解了学习的疲劳,又明白了我们不能吃太多垃圾食品的因为它会让人变胖。

T: Class, How can we keep healthy? Do you have suggestions? Take out your worksheets and you’re your health tips. You can make exercise health tips, eating health tips, or living health tips. Choose your favorite one and finish the task.
【设计意图】教师依据上一环节归纳概括出的三种健康建议(运动建议,饮食建议,作息建议)让学生小组合作,制作喜爱的健康小贴士。让学生通过合作探究的方式把所学应用到生活,从而加深对文章的进一步理解。这一活动增强了学生的合作精神和主观能动性,提升了学生的学习能力和思维品质。
4.Have exercise more. Eat the right food. And vegetables. Less meat and sweets. Take care of yourself. Hold a happy mind. That's all about our health.
【设计意图】How can we keep healthy?除了文本中学到的建议以外,教师又给出了更多的建议,Take good care of yourself.(照顾好自己)和Hold a happy mind.(保持乐观的心态。)教师引导学生完成情感推进,回扣主题。
