Play a game：Picking apples, to review the words of Unit 5. 2. Play another game：打地鼠， to review the phrases of Unit 5. 3. Let’s chant to review the sentence patterns. 4. Free talk: Students have a free talk to review the phrases and sentence patterns. 二、新课学习 5. Let’s talk: talk about the different parties to review the sentence patterns: visit a farm, fancy dress party, ice cream party. 6. Let’s think: think and review the sentence patterns: Would you like to… with me? Do you want to…? Shall we…? 7. Let’s sing a song. 8. Lead in : Ann’s birthday. And learn the new words “special, surprise”. 9. Let’s think. From the mind map, students think about the plan of Ann’s party. 10. Let’s learn about the details about Ann’s party. From the plan for the surprise party, students learn the new words “invite, begin, arrive, call”, and the sentence pattern “I would like to invite ... to ...”. 11. Let’s read. Read the sentences. 12.
